Hi there! It’s me, Emerson, and I’m back with another entirely FREE pattern for you to add to your stash. This pattern is inspired by the upcoming holiday, Easter!
That’s why we’re not going to beat around the bush today. We’re going to get right to it, so you can grab your hooks, yarn, and get working to make a whole set of these by Easter morning.

If you celebrate Passover, I wish you a happy Passover as well. Whatever you celebrate, these coasters will undoubtedly make your day— they did mine! I can’t wait to see them on the table in front of every plate.
Without further ado, the free pattern— coming up! Let’s get this show on the road.
Here’s a list of your materials… but wait! There really isn’t anything to worry about, because all this pattern requires is yarn (preferably white, but in any color you’d like your bunny to be) and a hook that corresponds with the yarn width! So, forget the materials list and get onto this pattern. Are you excited?

This coaster uses a variety of simple stitches including the half double crochet stitch, a magic ring, and the slip stitch. If you every don’t understand these terms, look them up and you’ll get countless youtube tutorials on them. (I learned to CROCHET from youtube… so yes, don’t worry, and don’t let those unknown stitches stop you!)

- Make a magic ring.
- Chain 2.
- 8 hdc into ring.
- Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
- Chain 2.
- 2 hdc in every chain from hook.
- Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
- Chain 2.
- *2 hdc in next stitch.
- 1 hdc in next stitch.*
- Repeat * – * (steps 9 – 10) until end of round.
12. Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
13. Chain 2.
14. *2 hdc in next stitch.
15. 1 hdc in next 2 stitches.*
16. Repeat * – * (steps 14 – 15) until end of round.
17. Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
18. Chain 2.
19. *2 hdc in next stitch.
20. 1 hdc in next 3 stitches.*
21. Repeat * – * (steps 19 – 20) until end of round.
22. Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
23. Chain 2.
24. *2 hdc in next stitch.
25. 1 hdc in next 4 stitches.*
26. Repeat * – * (steps 24 – 25) until end of round.
27. Sl st to first hdc stitch of round to join.
28. Chain 3.
29. Sl st to first chain of chain 3 to form a small loop.
30. Chain 2.
31. 8 hdc into loop.
32. Sl st to first hdc stitch of mini round to join.
33. Sl st to next stitch on coaster (it should be the next stitch on the large circle, not
your mini loop.)
34. Sl st around large coaster (main coaster) for 32 stitches.
35. Chain 5.
36. Sl st to first chain of chain 5 to create a small loop.
37. Chain 2.
38. 8 hdc into mini loop.
39. Sl st to first hdc stitch to create round.
40. Sl st to next stitch on coaster (next stitch on the large circle, not your mini loop.)
33. Chain 8.
34. Turn, 2 hdc in first stitch.
35. Hdc in every stitch from hook.
36. Sl stitch to next stitch on small loop (not main coaster.)
37. Chain 8.
38. Turn, 2 hdc in first stitch.
39. Hdc in every stitch from hook.
40. Sl st to next stitch on small loop (not main coaster.)
41. Sl st to the stitch right below your hook, on the large main coaster. It doesn’t matter which exact stitch you choose, as long as it is below.
42. Fasten off, weave in ends.
