Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and what can be better than a handmade gift for your loved ones? This Darling Self Care Set includes THREE patterns that will delight any receiver.

First: the Darling Heart Box!
The Darling Heart Box is a simple but adorable pattern that is the PERFECT gift for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, Mother’s Day – you name it! With the cutest heart base and double-thick walls, this little box is the practical and stunning addition to your desk or bedside table. It is the perfect size for necklaces, chapsticks, hair clips, etc! This box is made by first crocheting the base, then working upwards to create the wall, and finally folding down the wall and sewing down the edge.

Next: The Darling Sleep Mask! This pattern was published on my blog a few years ago, but I decided to bring it back for this set because it fits perfectly.
The Darling Sleep Mask is the cutest accessory for both home and travel. Whip up this beauty in less than an hour and have the best sleep of your life! I used a fuzzy yarn to make this as soft as possible, but any texture (or non texture) yarn will do.

Finally: the Darling Bookmark!
The Darling Bookmark is a rectangular bookmark that uses alternating rows of different stitches to create an adorable, delicate pattern. It works up in less than an hour, the perfect gift for bookish friends!

I know you’re probably here for the free patterns… but if you’ve read up to here, consider purchasing these patterns from my paid platforms as well! These patterns will be available as printable PDFs. They are well-formatted, well written, and come with so many extras – like exclusive video tutorials, images, and schematics. Plus it would really support me, and allow me to continue to release patterns for free on this site!

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing the wall down.
Thread the end of the yarn tail through the eye of your tapestry needle.
Fold down the wall.
Sew the bottom of the wall to the base of the box.
Now, you will reinforce the heart shaping with your tapestry needle and some extra yarn (paid patterns include video + photo to help with these steps).
